Completed-through date
The latest date considered complete enough for finalized analysis belongs to one connection and can differ across providers.
Partial and stale periods
Dates beyond that boundary may be incomplete, estimated, or waiting for correction. Stale means the expected source update has not arrived.
Corrections, credits, and refunds
Late records can replace affected periods after reconciliation. A newer completed generation may therefore change a prior total.
Missing is not zero
A missing day, field, or capability is a gap or unavailable state, never a financial zero.
Safe recovery
Retry cost sync only after the connection reports a recoverable failure and your role permits it. Repeated refreshes do not make a provider settle sooner.
