Connection test fails
Confirm the selected provider, safe account or organization identity, source scope, and minimum read permission. Re-enter secrets only in the connection form.
Cost sync is delayed or failed
Check connection status, completed-through date, provider source availability, and the specific retry guidance. Do not trigger repeated imports while one is active.
Totals or dimensions differ
Compare one bounded period, currency, and cost basis with the authoritative provider report. Check credits, refunds, partial dates, and missing identities.
Access is denied
Confirm the active workspace, membership, organization status, role, plan entitlement, and connection state. A hidden or disabled control is not the authorization boundary.
Alert delivery fails
Inspect the in-app event first, then the independent Slack or email state, suppression window, recipient configuration, and safe retry action.
Contact support safely
Share provider name, affected date range, visible safe error, and expected outcome. Never send passwords, tokens, credentials, raw billing exports, payment data, or customer records.
