Outcome and audience

For workspace Owners and Billing admins choosing or reviewing a plan.

Before you begin

Billing actions require an active workspace, an authorized customer role, and an available reviewed offer.

Where to go

Open the workspace billing area from account or plan controls.

Complete the workflow

Keep the selected workspace, provider, period, currency, cost basis, and data-through date visible as you work.

  1. Choose Pro at $149 per month for up to $100,000 in monthly managed spend and two non-revoked data sources, or review a staff-issued quote for Pro or Enterprise.
  2. Verify the quote's exact amount, currency, contract start, grace, renewal mode, and monthly, annual, two-year, or three-year term before accepting it.
  3. For bank transfer, download the authenticated payment request, reveal instructions only when needed, and submit a remittance notice; pending or prepared records do not grant access.
  4. Treat only a verified provider charge or dual-controlled bank approval as paid, and use the server-derived paid-through boundary for renewal, cancellation, expiry, and read-only grace.

Interpret the result

Each verified payment grants only its quoted calendar term. Monthly payment covers one month, annual payment one year, and two- or three-year payment only the corresponding fixed period; grace is read-only and never extends paid-through. Term options are available only by approved quote and do not claim production activation.

Loading, empty, partial, and unavailable states

Loading preserves the current scope. Empty means no records match the authorized scope. Partial or stale data keeps its completed-through boundary visible. Unavailable or permission-denied states explain the missing prerequisite and never substitute zero or another provider.

Provider differences

Razorpay may support manual or automatic renewal under its bounded schedule. Bank transfer is manual-renewal only and requires a Billing admin to prepare the record and a different Super admin to approve it.

Synthetic example

Illustrative example · synthetic data Example: Northstar Labs accepts an annual Pro quote, sends the exact bank amount, and remains pending until a distinct Super admin verifies the transfer; approval creates one year of coverage and an immutable receipt.

Common mistakes

Do not treat checkout, authorization, a remittance notice, staff preparation, or provider-active status as paid access; never send full bank references through support.
